Pinus taeda
Loblolly pine seems to like wet feet and the damp conditions south of Jacksonville, Florida. It pops up in disturbed sites and grows quickly to 80 feet or so. It would probably grow higher, but human population is encroaching on its environment so quickly that it hardly has time to reach maturity. Some old Florida buildings have heartwood, which is the hard wood inside the trunk of the tree. It is insect proof, and very hard, and was used successfully in the early 20th century to build houses to last for a long time. Loblolly pine hardly has time to grow long enough to create the coveted heartwood.
